Description

A tall, open storage basket hand-woven in natural undyed straw, with built-in cutout handles on either side and a bold red-and-navy chevron pattern running around the base. Handwoven by artisans in Gujrat.

Features

  1. Hand-woven straw basketry, crafted entirely by hand with no machine looming, by artisans in Gujrat.
  2. Measures 15" in height and 13" across.
  3. Upper body and rim left in natural, undyed straw.
  4. Two cutout handles woven directly into the sides for lifting and carrying.
  5. Bold zigzag banding in red and navy running around the lower third of the basket.
  6. Open-top, tall cylindrical shape suited to laundry, throws, toys, or general household storage.

Each basket travels wrapped and boxed with padding to protect its shape and weave in transit.
